Jarod Bellar joined the Springlake-Earth High School faculty in 2000 as a coach and history teacher. In the fall of 2004 he became the high school principal. After graduating from Sudan High School, he attended West Texas A&M University where he received a degree in kinesiology. He is certified to teach composite social studies and is certified in ILD/PDAS. Jarod will receive his Masters in Education from Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, New Mexico. in December 2006. His 13 years in education include stints in Clarendon, Sudan, and Olton as well as S-E.
His family includes his wife Jennifer, their son Jax, and their daughter Jentrye. Jarod enjoys playing golf and racquetball and reading books by Clive Cussler and John Grisham. His favorite food is Mexican food and "Carpe Diem" is his favorite saying.
