Congratulations! One or more Title I, Part A schools in your district are being recognized by the Division of NCLB Program Coordination at the Texas Education Agency for outstanding academic performance. Enclosed is a list of statewide Distinguished Progress and Distinguished Perfromance schools for 2003-2004 and the criteria used for selection.

Each distinguished school will be contacted by its Regional Education Service Center this Spring for participation in the recognition of their accomplishments.
