| Mrs. Kathy Lostroh has been teaching at Springlake-Earth High School since 2001, when she received her bachelors degree in Home Economics (Family and Consumer Sciences) from Texas Tech. Classes that she teaches include Independent Study, Personal and Family Development, Nutrition and Food Science/Food Techonology, Preparation for Parenting/Child Development, and Apparel/Interior Design. She is also the sponsor for Student Council and FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America). She coaches her FCCLA students in Star Events, leading them to the state level of competition. She has also worked very hard and helped the Student Council get recognized by the state. Thank you for all your hard work. You truly are a BIONIC teacher. |
