Mrs. Williams knew she wanted to be a teacher as early as 6th grade. Her first teaching experience was at Springlake-Earth in 1985. Even though she moved away after that year, she returned in 1991 and has been here ever since. She now teaches English III and IV, as well as AP English III and IV. She also serves as the school counselor. If this didn't keep her busy enough, she also coaches UIL and works with the One Act Play. Mrs. Williams said she enjoys teaching in our community because of the support of the parents, including those who no longer have children attending the school. She said at one point that she can't think of any other place she'd rather be! We can't imagine a teacher more deserving of being rewarded as a BIONIC teacher. Thank you for all you do for your students and school.
