Mrs. Rosie Davis has worked in the business office at Springlake-Earth since 1998. Her daily duties include managing the school budget, reporting, and grants. She sees her job as challenging, and she says her co-workers are great. Rosie, who has spent her entire life as a part of the Springlake-Earth community, feels that this is a wonderful place to rear her children, and that the education they receive from this school is a tremendous asset.

She is married to Del (a farmer), and they have two daughters, Alyssa, a Texas Tech student, and Laurie, a S-E high school junior. She attended South Plains College and Clovis Community College and is a TASBO (Texas Association of School Business Officials) specialist in accounting. Before becoming a full time employee of S-E ISD, she worked part-time at the Earth United Methodist Church for 10 years, the Springlake CoOp for two years, and McMillan Bookkeeping.

Rosie is an active member of the Methodist Church. Her extended family lives in the area and are a very important part of Rosie's life. She feels it to be a great benefit to her children to have their extended family nearby. Rosie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, attendng Rock Concerts, and following the Wolverines and Lady Wolverines!!!
