Good communication skills are important for successful leadership and group involvement. Being able to communicate clearly and effectively, and understanding some of the difficulties in communication, are powerful leadership tools. With the ability to communicate clearly, greater power and greater impact on people and processes are possible.

Some of the activities doen in the class to help students achieve this communication skill were:

• Write and illustrate a creative book and present it to the class
• Give the public announcements over the public address system to the high school students.
• Give process speeches
• Other projects.
