Course Description:

This course is a study of analyzing, classifying, and recording business transactions in a manual environment. Understanding the complete accounting cycle and preparing financial statements, banking reconciliation, and payroll are emphasized. Basic accounting concepts for a sole proprietorship are applied to a personal service enterprise and a merchandising business.

Members of this class are expected to participate in UIL Accounting.

This course is equivalent to ACNT 1303 offered at South Plains College.
