On November 17, 2006, the Physics class made "vehicles" as a lab for the chapter on momentum. What they had to do was build a "vehicle" that would hold an egg and drop it at least 1 meter. The teams were Erica and Andrew, and Logan and Tanner. It wasn't as easy as some people might think. They had limited supplies. They could only use, at max, 5 straws, 2 pieces of paper (not crumpled up), a hot glue gun and unlimited toothpicks. Both groups' "vehicles" were very unique and well thought out. Both groups succeeded in dropping their "vehicles" from 1 meter without their egg breaking. Now trying for 1.5 meters was a different story. They all had a lot of fun and learned a lot from this project.
