The Student Council held a special memorial service November 11, 2004, at 11 A.M., celebrating the one year anniversary of the dedication of the Springlake-Earth Veterans' Wall. The program included the third grader class singing, led by Mrs. Hubbard; readings by Shelley and Zeth; the laying of the wreath (shown above); the playing of TAPS by Mr. Garrison; and the raising and then the lowering of the United States flag and the Texas flag to half mast.
