The TEED Committee's purpose is to encourage student participation in projects which promote environmental and energy awareness. Showing that your school has promoted awareness helps you receive recognition at the TASC State Convention.

Just recently, the TEED Committee handed out an energy and environment survey tp see what kind of awareness the students have right now and what the committee can do to promote more awareness. Another project the TEED committee has started is the collection of foil to create a huge foil ball. On Thursday, March 4, they went out during school, checked the air pressure in all the tires of the vehicles of the school parking lot, and left notes on the vehicles to tell the drivers what they needed to do to maintain their tire pressure.
