In 1999, Michelle Estrada began teaching at S-E after graduating from West Texas A&M with a bachelor of arts degree in General Studies, with an emphasis in education. Her first assignment was teaching geography at the high school level. The next fall she began teaching Pre-Kindergarten, and her present assignment is 6th, 7th, and 8th grade history and junior high PE. She is certified in early childhood, general education grades 1-8, ESL, and reading.

Michelle and her husband Noah have a son, Blake, who is a freshman, and Rebekah, who is in the eighth grade. Michelle's hobbies include reading (her favorite author is Francine Rivers), playing volleyball, running, and spending time with her family.

Kim Perry teaches junior high math.

Diane York joined the Springlake-Earth Junior Faculty in the fall of 2003, and teaches 6th, 7th, and 8th English. She graduated from from McLean High School, attended Cisco Junior College, Abilene Christian University, and graduated from Midwestern State University with a Bachelor of Science in elementary education, with a minor in English and Computer Applications. She is certified to teach all subjects in grades 1-6, English in grades 6-8, and grades 1-12 computer applications. She began teaching in 1989. She taught reading, history, and English for six years at Olney Junior High, and she taught computers for eight years at Dimmitt Junior High.

She and her husband, Philip, have two daughters, Shelley and Jacy. Diane enjoys golf, reading, and gardening. An interesting fact about her family is that they are not related to anyone in this community. Among her favorites are: book To Kill A Mockingbird, movie On Golden Pond, author Nora Roberts, and food chocolate chip cookies. Her interests and hobbies include reading, jogging, golfing, and gardening.
