Mrs. Joyce Bills graduated from West Texas A&M University in 1998. She teaches Computer Science and Technology Applications in junior high and teaches Digital Grahics & Animations and Web Mastering in high school. Mrs. Bills married Randy in 1979, and they have three children. Katie, also a WTAMU graduate, is married to Derek Ray and lives and teaches in Seminole. They are expecting their first child in March and "Juice" is excited! Bruce, a Texas Tech University graduate, works at Tech in Campus Life and is the assistant cheerleading coach. Curt will graduate from Texas A&M University in December 2008 and plans on returning to the panhandle to be a cropduster. Joyce enjoys woodworking, water skiing, hanging out with Jeanne, Jesse & Harley, and photography (not necessarily in that order!).
